• Perform complex mechanical maintenance tasks, including valve replacement, conveyor chain/bearing repairs, gearbox rebuilds, and lubrication systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to install, troubleshoot, and maintain 480V, 3-phase systems.
• Diagnose and repair high-speed production equipment, including AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, servo motors, and related control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation and safety systems, including inductive proximity/photo eye sensors and limit switches.
• Support and potentially lead work on boiler and ammonia refrigeration systems (prior experience preferred).
• Operate safely and independently, or collaboratively, while adhering to all OSHA and plant safety protocols.
• Be available for off-shifts, weekend work, and emergency call-ins to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.

• A seasoned technician with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance (more preferred).

Job Duties:

• Operate industrial equipment including shredders, extractors, compactors, aerosol puncture devices, and drum washers.
• Sort non-hazardous waste such as batteries, light bulbs, and household paint.
• De-package and sort consumer products.
• Load and unload trucks using hand carts or barrel carts.
• Occasionally participate in Household Hazardous Waste Collections at customer sites.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Non-smoking environment.
• No visible piercings allowed during work assignments.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Clean-shaven face required to wear a respirator and other protective gear.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Hiring Incentive:

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to take on the role of Asphalt Paving Grade Crew Foreman. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in grading or excavation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Bobcat Skid Steer with various attachments (forks, bucket, grader, etc.) with efficiency and precision
