Billing Support- Assist with customer invoicing and billing processes
- Review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issues

Document Management- Maintain organized electronic financial records
- Index and archive invoices and supporting documentation
- Verify completeness and accuracy of documents before processing
General Accounting Support- Perform data entry and maintain financial records

- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support the Accounting & Finance team as needed
QualificationsRequired- 1-3 years of accounting, accounts payable, billing, bookkeeping, or related financial experience
OR - Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
