We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machines, including threaders and Peer Welders (note: no actual welding is required), while performing assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and previous manufacturing experience. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain threaders and Peer Welders (assembly tasks only; no actual welding involved).
- Perform assembly work, ensuring parts are properly fitted and assembled.
- Work with a variety of tools and machines to complete product assembly and ensure product quality.
- Apply basic mechanical knowledge and common sense to troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: - Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic common sense and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
