If you don’t mind working hard, staying active, and handling cold temps, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do:Load and unload products from pallets, racks, and refrigerated trailers Move and stack product for shipment to customers Load route trucks in a timely and organized manner Perform visual checks and ensure product is handled properly Keep the dock and work area clean and organized Follow all safety, quality, and food handling procedures (GMPs/SOPs) Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
What You Bring:Ability to work in a cold environment (around 34°F) Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Good communication and attention to detail Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, physical role Willingness to learn and take direction
Work Environment:Refrigerated warehouse setting Exposure to moving equipment such as forklifts Wet, cold, and occasionally loud conditions Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
