Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packagers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and preparing cardboard displays for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy in every package. The ideal candidate should possess great manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to contribute positively to the unique culture of our company.
Packing and Assembly:
Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
Assemble packaging materials and ensure all items are securely packaged for shipment.
Attention to Detail:
Inspect products and packaging for defects, ensuring that all items meet company standards before shipment.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure the quality of packed products.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues in achieving daily production goals.
Engage in a positive manner, contributing to the overall culture of teamwork and cooperation.
Physical Duties:
Lift and handle packaging materials and products weighing up to 25 lbs as needed during the packing process.
Remain standing for the duration of the shift, actively engaging in packing and preparation tasks.
Dependability:
Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules and team operations.
Demonstrate a willingness to engage in ongoing training and development to improve performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and packaging materials.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Reliable attendance and eagerness to engage in ongoing training opportunities.
