Title:  Stockroom Associate / Inventory Specialist

Position:  Warehouse Associate
Description: 
We are hiring a Stockroom Associate / Inventory Specialist to support inventory control, material handling, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Receive, count, sort, and verify incoming materials against requisitions and invoices
-Inspect stock to ensure it meets quality and specification requirements
-Perform inventory transactions and data entry in company systems
-Store materials in designated locations based on type, size, and usage
-Pick and issue materials for production or customer orders
-Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
-Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, damages, and stock movement
-Support shipping, packing, and order fulfillment activities
-Transport materials between departments as needed
-Assist with serialization processes and production support tasks
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Minimum 1 year of stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience
-Ability to read and follow work instructions, picking lists, and schematics
-Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements: 
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of electronic components is a plus
Experience training or assisting team members
Familiarity with inventory systems and cycle counting

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed
Visual ability to read instructions and inventory documentation
