Job Duties:

• Operate industrial equipment including shredders, extractors, compactors, aerosol puncture devices, and drum washers.
• Sort non-hazardous waste such as batteries, light bulbs, and household paint.
• De-package and sort consumer products.
• Load and unload trucks using hand carts or barrel carts.
• Occasionally participate in Household Hazardous Waste Collections at customer sites.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Non-smoking environment.
• No visible piercings allowed during work assignments.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Clean-shaven face required to wear a respirator and other protective gear.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM

Hiring Incentive:

• Eligible for a total of 3 payments of $500 each:
  • 1st payment at 90 days
  • 2nd payment at 120 days
  • 3rd payment at 150 days

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and physical exam.
