What the work looks like: Loading and unloading products onto finishing lines, hand sanding, sander use, and prep and finishing support. Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you need: Reliable attendance and the ability to keep pace in a hands-on, active role. Prior finishing or coatings experience is a plus but not required.
