The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This includes loading and unloading trucks, using a scan gun to track product movement, and utilizing Plex and other software systems to maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of materials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Load and unload trucks and other vehicles, ensuring products are handled safely and accurately
·Use scan guns to track materials through shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
·Input and manage data in Plex and other software systems to maintain up-to-date inventory and transaction records
·Verify labels, counts, and product descriptions for accuracy
·Maintain clean, organized workspaces including shipping/receiving and warehouse areas
·Assist with staging and preparing skids for shipment, including shrink wrapping
·Identify damaged or missing items and report discrepancies
·Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
·Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow
·Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout the shift
·Maintain valid forklift certification and adhere to all safety guidelines for forklift operation
· Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
