Bobcat Operator / Asphalt Paving Grade Crew Foreman

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to take on the role of Asphalt Paving Grade Crew Foreman. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in grading or excavation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Bobcat Skid Steer with various attachments (forks, bucket, grader, etc.) with efficiency and precision

• Supervise and lead a small crew (1–3 members), ensuring quality and productivity

• Oversee jobsite safety and ensure employees follow safety protocols

• Maintain communication with team members to coordinate daily tasks and progress

• Perform or assist in grading and excavation work as needed

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license required

• Proven ability to operate Bobcat equipment with multiple attachments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Prior grading or excavation experience is required

• Commitment to safety and jobsite supervision
