Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate automatic die cutting machines according to job specifications and production schedules
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance, ensuring precision cuts and quality standards are met
• Perform quality checks throughout the production run to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and output
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or performance issues with the machine
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the die cutter to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating an automatic die cutting machine preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
