Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: Base hourly wage + $1/hour attendance incentive for perfect weekly attendance

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Food Packaging Associates. In this role, you will work on an assembly line packaging canned goods into boxes for distribution to food banks. Your contribution directly supports our mission to feed communities and help individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities

  • Stand and work on an assembly line to package canned food products into boxes
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in packing and labeling
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of debris
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines

Requirements: 
  • Must be able to lift, load, and change racks weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to speak and understand English (translation services are not available).
  • Strong physical stamina and reliability to support daily production needs.
  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements.
