Crating/Shipping/Receiving
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our Crating, Shipping, and Receiving team. This role is essential for ensuring that goods are safely packaged and transported. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Building Crates for Outgoing Shipments: - Move, measure, cut, and assemble materials such as OSB, 2"x4" lumber, and pallets to construct crates.
- Operate tools including tape measures, electric and hand saws, air nailers and staplers, hammers, screwdrivers, and more.
- Safely operate a forklift (hilo), with appropriate licensing.
2. Shipping and Receiving Goods: - Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and other transport vehicles.
- Handle some goods manually, ensuring careful movement and placement.
- Use forklifts (hilo) and overhead cranes, requiring appropriate licensing.
- Verify and manage incoming and outgoing paperwork to ensure accurate documentation.
3. Other Assignments: - Be prepared to perform additional tasks throughout the facility and grounds as necessary.

Requirements:
|
- Must be able to lift, load, and change racks weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to speak and understand English (translation services are not available).
- Strong physical stamina and reliability to support daily production needs.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements.
