Position Title: Loader/Blower
Responsibilities:
- Lift and load racks weighing up to 45 lbs onto a conveyor belt each morning.
- Hang parts onto the racks properly for painting while ensuring no dust or debris is present.
- Safely blow off each piece using a blow gun to ensure cleanliness before painting.
- Return racks to their original location at the end of the day.
- Perform cleaning and unloading of parts as needed.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: M-F 6:00 am – 2:45 pm - $16/hr
- Overtime until 4:00 pm on weekdays
- Voluntary overtime on Saturdays until it becomes mandatory (1.5x pay)
- Overtime on Sundays for hired employees only (2.0x pay)
- 2nd Shift: M-F 4:00 pm – 12:30 am - $16.75
Requirements:
- Strong candidates who are able to lift and change racks.
- Must be able to speak and understand English (no translation available).
- Able to lift and load racks weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Candidates with no violent or sexual criminal background older than 7 years.
