Executive Director GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a long-term vision and strategic plan for school association is in alignment with the diocese's overall goals and objectives.
  • Establish clear objectives and performance metrics to evaluate the success of the schools.
  • Lead efforts to foster a strong school identity and ensure the schools remain faithful to established teachings and traditions.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility on campus and in the community, while fostering positive relationships with community leaders, educators, alumni, etc., to increase school’s visibility and promote advancement efforts.

Academic Excellence

  • Ensure students receive the highest quality education that meets or exceeds state and national standards.
  • Collaborate with principals on curriculum development, assessment, and instructional practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for teachers and staff to continually improve their skills and knowledge.

Financial Management

  • Monitor the budget and financial resources for the school association.
  • Collaborate with principals to ensure financial stability and appropriate allocation of funds to support academic programs and school improvement initiatives.

Community and Stakeholder Relations

  • Cultivate positive relationships with school principals, teachers, parents, leadership, and the broader community to build support for the schools and foster a sense of unity.
  • Act as the liaison between school association and neighboring school associations, representing the schools' interests and needs.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to education, including accreditation standards, safety protocols, and child protection policies.
  • Collaborate with the Pastors to maintain a strong governance structure for the schools.

Enrollment and Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students and retain current ones.
  • Monitor enrollment trends and address any challenges related to student recruitment and retention.

Fundraising and Development

  • Support fundraising initiatives and grant applications to secure additional financial resources for the schools.
  • Work in collaboration with the school’s foundation to help build relationships with donors to strengthen financial support for the schools.


Executive Director EDUCATION and PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in management, finance, education, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Knowledge of education policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
